美國烹饪協會的新分支亚洲名廚同盟 与中餐发展基金携手在本次亚洲美食節(Dream Asia Food Festival)上首次举行中餐烹饪公開課 (Open Class for Chinese Cooking), 由著名的成蜀良(Chef Shirley Cheng)教授主持，Chef Cheng 任教美國烹饪學院的亚洲菜系（Culinary Institute of America) 三十多年，桃李满天下，名厨學生遍及全球各地。

Chef Shirley Cheng Hosts Open Class of Chinese Cuisine Cooking, first of its kind, during the Dream Asia Food Festival, organized by Festive Planet Inc., Come learn cooking  2-4 pm February 14 -15, 2025.    The open class is jointly sponsored by Chinese Restaurant Foundation and Asian Chefs Alliance, a special Taskforce under America Culinary Federation

Open Class for Cooking with Chef Shirley Cheng during the Dream Asian Food Festival on February 15-2025.  

An engaging 1 hour interactive culinary class that delves into the heart and soul of Chinese cuisine. Discover the unique seasonings and ingredients,  and learn essential cutting techniques and cooking methods used to prepare authentic Chinese dishes.

Chef Cheng showcases step-by-step process with full demonstrations, ensuring hands-on experience and valuable insights, the knowledge and confidence to recreate the dish at home, for anyone looking to expand their culinary horizons.
