美國烹饪協會的新分支亚洲名廚同盟 与中餐发展基金携手在本次亚洲美食節(Dream Asia Food Festival)上首次举行中餐烹饪公開課 (Open Class for Chinese Cooking), 由著名的成蜀良(Chef Shirley Cheng)教授主持,Chef Cheng 任教美國烹饪學院的亚洲菜系(Culinary Institute of America) 三十多年,桃李满天下,名厨學生遍及全球各地。
